Abstract
Sukob u organizaciji predstavlja nesklad između pojedinaca, odnosno zaposlenih, a koji nastaje zbog pojave razlika među sukobljenih strana. Na temelju ovog završnog rada pod temom „Vještine upravljanja sukobima unutar poduzeća Vodoprivreda-Split d.d. može se zaključiti da se sukobi i dalje smatraju negativnom pojavom, te da su glavni uzroci nastanka sukoba međuovisnost, nedostatak novčanih sredstava, pogrešan sustav nagrađivanja te slabe komunikacije. U društvu se najčešće javljaju vertikalni sukobi, a stilovi upravljanja sukobima su suradnja i takmičenje. Najčešće tehnike rješavanja sukoba su: rješavanje problema, izbjegavanje i autoritarni nalozi, dok je glavna metoda rješavanja sukoba metoda pregovaranja, tj. metoda interesnog pregovaranja.

An organizational conflict represents an imbalance between individuals, i.e. employees, which occurs because of the difference in the opposing sides.This graduation thesis with the topic "Skills of managing conflicts inside the company Vodoprivreda- Split d.d." helps us conclude that conflicts are seen as a negative phenomenon, and the basic cause of conflicts is interdependence, the lack of funds, an incorrect system of rewarding and poor communication. In society we normally see vertical confrontation, and the styles of managing conflicts are: solving problems, avoiding and authoritative command, while the main method of conflict resolution is the method of negotiation, i.e. the method of negotiating about interest.
