Abstract
Financijski izvještaj predstavlja najvažniji output računovodstva te je samim time od iznimne važnosti za poduzeće, ali i za korisnike van poduzeća. Na osnovu njega se utvrđuje istinska „snaga“ poduzeća, njegova financijska slika i stabilnost. Kao ogledni primjer analize jednog financijskog izvještaja, korištena je analiza uspješnosti poslovanja društva Podravka d.d. Za analizu su, osim financijskih izvještaja za 2019. i 2020. godinu, korišteni i pokazatelji profitabilnosti, obrtaja imovine, likvidnosti, solventnosti te dodane vrijednosti. Svi analizirani parametri koje smo spomenuli daju sliku o uspješnom i financijski stabilnom poduzeću koje uredno podmiruje svoje obveze te da se uzlazna putanja može očekivati i u narednim godinama.
Abstract (english)
The financial report represents the most important output in accounting which is at the same time of exceptional importance for companies, but also for users outside the company. Based on it, the true "strength" of the company, its financial picture and stability are determined. As an example of the analysis of financial report I used the analysis of the business performance of Podravka d.d.. In addition to the financial statements for 2019 and 2020, indicators of profitability, asset turnover, liquidity, solvency and added value were used for the analysis. All the analyzed parameters that we mentioned gives us a picture of a successful and financially stable company that duly settles its obligations so that an upward trajectory can be expected in the coming years.
