Abstract
Poslovna kriza se definira kao neplanirani i neželjen proces ograničenog trajanja i mogućnosti utjecaja, koji šteti primarnim ciljevima, s ambivalentnim ishodom. To je situacija u kojoj se poduzeće nađe vlastitom krivnjom, donoseći loše poslovne odluke, i pod utjecajem vanjskih faktora, čime se ugrožava njegov opstanak. Neočekivanost i nespremnost dovodi menadžment poduzeća da u stiuacijima nastanka krize brzo donose odluke, brže nego inače, što predstvalja visoku razinu stresa. Stoga se trebaju usredotočiti na karakteristike krize, oblikovati program upravljanja, za lakše otkrivanje krize i krizno planiranje. Utjecaj globalizacije i inovativnosti dovodi do poslovne krize, s kojom se poduzeća susreću u svakodnevnom poslovnaju. Najvažnije je na vrijeme prepoznati opasne situacije, a posebna pozornost se pridaje signalima ranog upozorenja. Primarni ciljevi poduzeća su egzistencijalne prirode, a to su očuvanje platežne sposobnosti u svakom trenutku, postizanje minimalne dobiti, izbjegavanje neuravnoteženih ili pretjeranih gubitaka, te stvaranje i očuvanje dovoljnjih potencijala za uspjeh. Važna je izrada kriznog plana kojim se obuhvaćaju sve aktivnosti potrebne kako bi se ovladalo krizom, ublažio njezin utjecaj, smanjile moguće štete, te počeo proces obnavljanja kao novog početka. Prihvaćanjem krizne situacije počinje proces izlaska iz krize. Izlazak iz krize predstavlja izazov za krizni menadžment, dugoročan je proces, koji zahtjeva potpunu promjenu načina poslovanja, te restrukturiranje organizacije poduzeća. Sustav ranog upozorenja je specifičan sustav opskrbljivanja informacija sa zadatkom da signaliziraju opasnosti i rizike, kako bi se menadžment poduzeća što bolje pripremio na promjene. Najvažniji korak u kriznim uvjetima je osmišljavanje strategije, koje mogu biti strategije konsolidacije i obnavljanja, te strategije napuštanja djelatnosti. Pokazatelji uspješnosti rješavanja problema su rezultati vidljivi u financijskim izvješćima poduzeća. Analizirajući rezultate poslovne krize stjeću se znanja i iskustvo, čime se sprječava nastanak istih pogrešaka, a rizik za nastanak nove krize se svodi na minimum.

Businnes crisi is defined as an unplanned & unwanted event with limited time frame & influence which is Endangering the primary goals with an ambivalental outcome. It is a situation in which a company is found by her own fault by making bad decisions under influence of extrrnal factors under which her exsistence is endangered. Unpredictability and unreadiness is bringing the management in the event of crisis to make fast decisions, faster than usual, which is making a big level of stress. Because of that they need to concentrate on the characteristics of the crisis, make a management plan for easier way of recognazing a crisis as well as crisis management. Global influence and innovativity are leading to bussines crisis with which the company's are meeting in everyday work. The most important thing is to recognize the dangerous situations and special attetion has to be given to early warnings. Primary goals of a company are of an egzistencial nature and these are: ability for payment in any given moment, making a minimal profit, avoid unnecessary and overrated losses and making and keeping the potential for success. It is important to make a crisis plan in which are obtained all the situations how to manage a crisis, lower her effects, minimize the damage, and start a process of coming out of the crisis as a new beginning. By accepting the crisis starts the process of coming out of the crisis. Exiting out of a crisis is representing an challenge for crisis management and is a longterm process which involves a complete change in the way of working and restructure the company organization. The early warning system of gathering the information with a purpose to give signals of dangers and crisis so the management can prepare themselves to changes. The most important step in crisis situation is making a strategy which can be a strategy of consolidation and reconstruction as well as abandoning the The activity. The markers of success in resolving problems are visible in financial reporta of the company. The analysis of the results of bussines crisis acquire the knowledge and experience with which we prevent making same mistakes and the risk of making a new crisis are beimg minimized.
