In this paper, we reported on the company Croatia osiguranje Inc. Zagreb, but before that we conceptually define and explain what is the internal environment and why it is important for such a company. The work consists of 5 units: of introduction, then the part where we define as the internal and external environment and to expound the theory, then, there is general information about the company Croatia osiguranje and then show its financial performance, and in the end we conclude. With this work we aimed to show generally a company with basing on the internal environment The current environment in which businesses operate is highly unpredictable. For this reason it is necessary to constantly analyze the environment, both internal and external. The analysis environment to discover opportunities and threats that come from the external environment and coming to the realization internal strengths and weaknesses of the company. Based on an analysis of the environment formed by the company's strategy. Internal analysis is a process that has the greatest contact with reality and is based on data owned enterprises . The basic processes or basic categories of conducting internal analysis can be classified according to the following segments such as production management, customer relationship management (marketing function), research and development, organizational capital (organizational culture , management style, team work), human resources, IT capital.
