Abstract
Predmet rada je distribucija, sagledavanje distribucije kao elementa marketing miksa, te njena uloga i funkcija u poslovanju poduzeća. Distribucija se sastoji od dvije osnovne funkcije: fizičke distribucije i kanale distribucije. Težište je stavljeno na definiranje kanale distribucije, te utjecaj izbora distribucije na poslovanje poduzeća. Rad se sastoji od dva osnovna dijela, teoretske obrade distribucije, te praktičnog primjera poslovanja tvrtke Yacht4You. Kroz praktični dio je napravljena kompletna analiza poslovanja tvrtke Yacht4You i na temelju analize izrada prijedloga optimalne strukture kanala distribucije, marketing operativni plan i proračun.

The topic of the essay is distribution, consideration of the distribution as an element of the marketing mix, and its role and function in the operation of the company. The distribution is consists of two basic functions: physical distribution and distribution channels. The focus is on defining the distribution channels, and the impact of the selection of distribution channels on the company's success. The work consists two main parts, the theoretical interpretation of distribution, and practical examples of the company Yacht4You. Through practical part, complete analysis of the company Yacht4You is made and based on the analysis it is made an optimal structure of distribution channels. As well as marketing operation plan and budget plan.
