Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema upravljanje i razvoj karijere zaposlenih u poduzeću Croatia osiguranje d.d., Zagreb, gdje se ističe važnost planiranja i upravljanja karijerom zaposlenih. Prikazuje se životni ciklus razvoja karijere, kao i oni najvažniji faktori koji utječu na sami razvoj karijere. Također, ističe se važnost uloge organizacije i menaždera na razvoj karijere, te se suradnja između interesa zaposlenih i interesa poduzeća smatra osnovom za uspješno upravljanje karijerom svakog pojedinca. Na temelju provedene analize upravljanja i razvoja karijere u poduzeću Croatia osiguranje d.d., moć i snaga navedenog poduzeća vidi se kroz ljudske resurse kojima se raspolaže, a koji predstavljaju temelj za uspješno konkuriranje na tržištu. Croatia osiguranje d.d. veliku pažnju posvećuju upravo svojim zaposlenicima, njihovim karijerama i napretkom, ulaže u njihovo znanje i edukaciju kako bi uspješnost cjelokupne organizacije bila što veća.

In this final paper treated topic management and career development of employees in the company Croatia Osiguranje d.d. Zagreb, where is stresses the importance of planning and career management employees. Showing life cycle of career development, as well as those most important factors that affect the development of their own careers. Also, highlights the important role of organizations and managers on career development, and cooperation between the interests of employees and the interests of enterprises considered as a basis for successful career management of each individual. Based on the analysis of management and career development in the company Croatia Osiguranje d.d., the power and strength of the said companies is seen through the human resources that are available, which are the basis for successfully compete in the market. Croatia Osiguranje d.d. pays great attention to just their employees, their careers and progress, investing in their knowledge and education to the success of the entire organization was as much.
