Abstract
Dinamičan i živ faktor svakog poduzeća i organizacije predstavljaju ljudski resursi. Porast interesa za ovaj itekako bitan faktor ukupnog razvoja, ali i spomenutu problematiku, uvjetovale su u velikoj mjeri promjene u općoj, ali i poslovnoj okolini. Važno je istaknuti kako su ljudski resursi najvažniji resurs poduzeća, te da je efikasno upravljanje ljudskim resursima ključno za njegov uspjeh. Međutim, taj se uspjeh najlakše postiže na način da, između upravljanja ljudskim resursima i upravljanja nekim drugim resursima poduzeća, postoji vrlo tijesna koordinacija usmjerena prema ostvarivanju ciljeva poduzeća. Planiranje za mnoge donosi prednosti i to jasno i pravovremeno postavljanje ciljeva i sposobnih ljudi, te njihovu lakšu prilagodbu promjenama u okolini. Govoreći o planiranju broja zaposlenih, u budućem poslovanju predviđanje ove potrebe započinje analizom postojećeg stanja, ali i mogućnostima koje se u danoj budućnosti nalaze na tržištu.

Parallel abstract (English)
A dynamic and alive factor of every company and organization are human resources. Growing interest in this very important factor for the overall development, but also for the mentioned issues, caused largely change in general and in the business environment. It is important to point out that human resources are the most important resource of the company, and that the effective management of human resources is crucial for its success. However, this success most easily accomplished in a way that between human resources management and other management resources companies, there is very close coordination geared towards the achievement of company goals. Planning for many companies bringing benefits with clearly and timely setting goals by capable people and their easy adaptation to changes in the environment. Speaking of planning the number of employees in future business forecasting these needs begins with an analysis of the current situation, but also the future opportunities that are given on the market.
