Abstract
Organizacija, odnosno organizacijska struktura predstavlja vrlo važan element svakog poduzeća, te omogućava postizanje zadanih ciljeva i provođenje određenih strategija poduzeća da bi poslovanje poduzeća bilo što uspješnije. Na temelju provedene analize organizacijske strukture na primjeru poduzeća Adriatiq Marina Tribunj d.o.o. može se zaključiti da je u poduzeću formirana funkcijska organizacijska struktura, gdje se nalazi šest različitih poslovnih funkcija na čelu s direktorom. Također, može se zaključiti da su dva najvažnija čimbenika organizacije poduzeća konkurencija i kupci, kojima se poduzeće najviše i prilagođava. Ostvarujući uspješne poslovne rezultate koristeći svoje resurse na najbolji način i bez velikih troškova, može se zaključiti da je funkcijska organizacijska struktura u poduzeću efikasna.

Organization,i.e. the organizational structure represents a very important element of each and every company, and it helps to achieve the given goals and to conduct certain strategies in order for the company to function with success. On the basis of the conducted analysis of the organizational structure of the company “Adriatiq Marina Tribunj d.o.o” we could conclude that the company created a functional organizational structure, with six different business functions led by the chief executive. Furthermore, we could reach a conclusion that the two most important characteristics of business organization are competition and buyers, for whom the company adapts the most. By achieving successful business results using its resources in the best possible manner and without great expenses, the company’s functional organizational structure proves to be effective.
