Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje je poslovna praksa koju danas primjenjuje sve veći broj poduzeća i predstavlja praksu dobrovoljnog i pozitivnog djelovanja u društvu i prema društvu. U uvjetima visoke konkurencije i nestabilne ekonomije poduzeća uviĊaju potrebu promjene poslovne politike koja je prvenstveno bila usmjerena na stvaranje profita. PrilagoĊavajući se okolini i potrebama tržišta, poduzeća razvijaju strateške okvire za primjenu odgovornog poslovanja. Na ovaj naĉin ona osiguravaju dobru reputaciju i bolju budućnost. Važnost provoĊenja društveno odgovornog poslovanja je prikazano u ovom radu kroz primjer Coca Cole HBC. Cilj istraživanja je bio prikazati kako poduzeće svojim djelovanjem može utjecati na okolinu i koliko je to djelovanje priznato, odnosno nepriznato u okruženju u kojem djeluje.

Corporate social responsibility is a business practice that is practiced today by an increasing number of enterprises and the practice of voluntary and positive action in society and to society. In conditions of high competition and an unstable economy companies realize the need to change business policy which was primarily focused on making a profit. Adapting to the environment and needs of the market, companies develop a strategic framework for the implementation of responsible business. In this way, they provide a good reputation and a better future. The importance of the implementation of corporate social responsibility is shown in this work through the example of Coca-Cola HBC. The aim of the research was to show how that action can affect the environment and how that action is recognized or unrecognized in the environment in which it operates.
