Abstract
Problem istraživanja u ovom radu obuhvaća utvrđivanje uloge nabave i nabavnih procesa u trgovinskom poduzeću. Analiziralo se upravljanje nabavom i prateće sastavnice nabave na primjeru tvrtke Aureus Capillus d.o.o. Ciljevi ovog rada su uključivali utvrđivanje značaja nabave u poslovanju tvrtke Aureus Capillus d.o.o., te analizu organizacije nabavnih procesa kao i trendova u trgovinskom poslovanju. Također je dan uvid u smjernice daljnjeg upravljanja nabavom shodno razmatranom. Temeljem istraživanja, koje je provedeno metodom intervjua, može se zaključiti da je nabava vrlo važna funkcija u poslovanju Aureusa, te da tvrtka vrlo uspješno upravlja nabavom i nabavnim procesima. Korištenjem metode ponovljene kupnje uvelike je skraćen sam proces nabave i ostvaruju se uštede vremena. Na taj način se može vrijeme usmjeriti na druge problematičnije dijelove poslovanja. Rezultati istraživanja također pokazuju da se tvrtka uspješno nosi s trendovima u trgovinskom poslovanju. Naime, najviše je usmjerena na trend promjena u ponašanju potrošača čemu se prilagođava mijenjanjem dizajna postojećih modela odjeće s ciljem zadovoljenja različitih i promjenjivih potreba kupaca. Dodatni trend s kojim se tvrtka također uspješno nosi je upravljanje prostorom u trgovini, pri čemu polaže pažnju na mijenjanje odjeće svakih nekoliko dana kako bi se privukli potencijalni kupci. Na kraju rada daje se uvid u ograničenja istraživanja kao i smjernice za buduća istraživanja.

Research problem is based on establishing the role of purchasing and purchasing processes in trading company. The procurement management and related components were analyzed on the example of Aureus Capillus Ltd. company. The goals of this study were to determine the importance of the procurement in Aureus Capillus Ltd. company and to analyze the organization of the purchasing processes, as well as the trends in trade. This research also offers some guidelines for the further procurement activities. Based on the research, which was conducted using the interviewing method, it can be concluded that the purchasing is very important function in the researched company and that Aureus company manages the purchasing and corresponding purchasing processes very well. Using the method of the repeated purchase, the purchasing processes are shortened and company can spend more time on other problem areas. The research results also show that the company successfully follows and adapts to the variety of trends in trade. The company is mostly focused on the changes in consumer behavior. Namely, the company seeks to change design of the existing product models of in order to satisfy diverse and changing needs of the customers. Another trend successfully followed by the company is the management of in-store space; whereby the store and products are being changed every few days in order to attract the potential buyers. At the end of the paper the research limitations and future research directions are provided.
