Abstract
Suvremena poduzeća posluju u uvjetima dinamične okoline, te se susreću s raznim izazovima kao što su proces globalizacije i jačanje konkurencije. Koncept učeće organizacije dovodi do promjena u organizacijskoj sturkturi organizacije, te omogućava učenje svih članova organizacije, kao i same organizacije. Suvremeno vodstvo zahtjeva od vođe da se aktivnije uključi u poslovne procese. Transformacijski i transakcijski stil vodstva su dva najpoznatija suvremena stila vodstva. Postoji međuzavisnost između primjene dimenzija učeće organizacije i primjene suvremenih stilova vodstva. S druge strane ne postoji međuzavisnost između primjene karakteristika učeće organizacije i primjene transformacijskog stila vodstva.

Modern companies operate in dynamic environment, which includes a large number of competitors and the globalization process. The Learning organization concept creates organizational structure change and enables employees learning and the organizational learning. Modern leadership demands of the leaders to be more actively involved in the business processes. Transactional and transformational leaderhip are the most famous contemporary leadership styles. There is a correlation between learning organization dimensions and the application of the different contemporary leadership styles in the companies. On the other hand, there is no correlation between learning organization dimensions and the application of the transformational leadership style
