Abstract
Planiranje je osnova svakog poduzeća jer se tom funkcijom definira buduće stanje gdje se poduzeće želi naći i definiraju se akcije kako to ostvariti. Ono pomaže poduzeću da sagleda svoje mogućnosti i da ih maksimalno iskoristi. Zato bi poduzeće trebalo definirati svoje ciljeve, viziju, misiju i strategiju kojom to planira ostvariti. Dok misija pokazuje svrhu poslovanja, vizija se odnosi na sliku idealne budućnosti tj. pokazuje gdje se poduzeće želi naći u budućnosti. Poduzeće također ima planove koji mogu biti jednokratni, trajni i kontigencijski. Jednokratni planovi u poduzeću HEP se odnose na izgradnju i realizaciju određenih projekata koji bi donijeli značajne prihode poduzeću, ali i koristi stanovništvu na mjestima gdje se planiraju ostvariti ( Osijek, Sisak, Zagreb, Senj itd.). Ciljeve koje poduzeće definira mogu biti kratkoročni do godine dana, srednjoročni od dvije do pet godina i dugoročni koji se odnose na razdoblje od pet do najčešće deset godina. U HEP-u dugoročni ciljevi se odnose na optimizaciju poslovanja grupe kao cjeline, na povećanje efikasnosti poslovnih procesa, na uvođenje novih elemenata kontrole i metoda rada u ključne segmente i prilagodba Eu regulativi. Poduzeće će nastojati kreirati i nove proizvode te napraviti iskorak u susjedne države. Osim spomenutih projekata za čiju realizaciju je potrebno nekoliko godina te ih se može svrstati i u dugoročne i srednjoročne ciljeve, srednjoročni ciljevi podrazumijevaju poslovnu izvrsnost i efikasnost te usmjerenost na klijente. Kratkoročni ciljevi su usmjereni na ostvarivanje poduzetničkog pristupa i na organizaciju koja podrazumijeva učenje. Nakon definirane misije i vizije te postavljenih ciljeva i planova poduzeće treba odabrati strategiju. Da bi odlučilo koju strategiju izabrati služi se analizom opće, poslovne i interne okoline. HEP je tom analizom utvrdio kojim zakonima Europske unije se treba prilagoditi, ali i kojim Hrvatskim zakonima. Poduzeće je do došlo i do saznanja da je sposobnost kadra važan resurs i da zahvaljujući dobrom upravljanju prihodi su znatno veći od rashoda. U prilog poduzeću ide i dobar imidž koje poduzeće ima, njegova tradicija i povijest već 121. godinu. Kad se pogleda poduzeće kroz SWOT analizu koju čine unutarnje snage i slabosti te vanjske prilike i prijetnje, ovo poduzeće ima jake snage izražene kroz financijsku prednost, imidž, zadovoljstvo kupaca, dobar marketing te ostale stavke koje ga čine jakim. Poduzeće bi trebalo koristiti maxi-maxi strategiju kako bi maksimiziralo svoje šanse i iskoristio maksimalno prilike koje mu pruža okolina.

Planning is a basis of every company, because of that function future state is defined where company wants to find itself and actions are being defined how to acheive that. That helps company to see its possibilities and use it to maximum. Because of that company should define its goals, vision, mission and strategy in which are planning to achieve that. While mission shows purpose of conduct, vision is being related to the image of ideal future, i.e. shows where company wants to find itself in the future. Company also has plans which can be short term, long term and contiguent. Short term plans in HEP company are related for build and realisation of certain projects which would bring more significant income to company, but also benefit to the population of the places where are they planning to realise. (Osijek, Sisak, Zagreb, Senj itd.). Goals which company defines can be short term until one year long, mid term, two to five years and long term mostly common from five to ten years. In HEP long term goals are relatet to optimization of group conduct as a whole, for extended efficiency of bussines proceses, for implementation of new elements of control and working methods in key segments and adaptation EU regulations. Company trys to create new products and make a step in neighbour countries. Except projects that we mentioned, realisation takes few years and it can be put in long and mid term goals. Mid terms requier bussines exellency, efficiency and orientation toward clients. Short term goals are directed to achieve bussines accesand to organisation witch requiers learning. After defined mission and vision and setted goals and plans, company needs to choose it's strategy. To deciede which strategy to take, ot uses the analysis of general, bussines and internal enviroment. HEP, by that analysis, settled which laws of European Union needs to adapt, but also to which laws of Croatia. Company came to cnonclusion that ability of the staff is important resourse and thanks to good management, incomes are much greater than losess. In company supplement comes also good image which company has, it's tradition and history of already 121 year. When company looks trough SWOT analysis which are made by internal strenghts and weakneses and outer chances and threats. This company has strong forces displayed trough financial advantage, image, satifaction of customers, good marketing and other rates which make it strong. Company should use maxi – maxi strategy to it could maximise it's chances and use opportunities maximally which enviroment is giving.
