Abstract
U dobu radno intenzivnih djelatnosti, vođenje i motivacija postaju središnja funkcija menadžmenta većine organizacija. Vođe/menadžeri se okreću svojim zaposlenicima te brinu o njihovim potrebama, imajući na umu da su upravo radnici oni na čijim leđima stoji cijelo poslovanje. Iz stručne literature je vidljivo da radnici cijene konzultativni i participativni stil vođenja, kao i nematerijalne oblike kompenzacije. Zadovoljstvo radom postaje polazna točka svih zaposlenika bez koje je teško nastaviti uspješno obavljati posao. Kako bi se poboljšale performanse radi se na uvođenju fleksibilnog radnog vremena, dodatne edukacije, mogućnosti napretka, bonusi, razne vrste osiguranja. Nastavno na rečeno, City Center one je reprezentativno poduzeće u kontekstu odličnih radnih uvjeta i zadovoljavajućih performansi. Potiče se samostalnost radnika, demokratski stil vođenja te pravedan sustav motivacije. Izgradnja branda i pripadnost istom je kamen temeljac poslovanja i motivator pokretač svih zaposlenih.

Parallel abstract (English)
In the time of labour-intensive production, leadership and motivation are becoming the central function of management of most organizations. Leaders/managers are turning to their employees and they take care of their needs, having in mind that workers are those on whose backs the whole business lies. From literature, it is visible that workers appreciate consultative and participative style of leading, and non-material compensations. Work satisfaction is becoming a starting point of all employees and with its absence it is very hard to continue working in a productive way. To help boost the performance, organizations introduce flexible work-time, extra educations, possibility of promotion, bonuses, varieties of insurances. Furthermore, City Center one is a representative firm in the context of great work conditions and satisfying performances. Independence of workers is encouraged, and so are democratic style of leadership and fair system of motivation. Brand building and identification with it is a milestone of doing business and motivator to all the employees.
