Abstract
Završni rad „Regrutiranje i selekcija u poduzeću Include“ ima za cilj teorijski analizirati procese selekcije i regrutiranja, te iste procese analizirati s praktičnog aspekta te na kraju usporediti praktičnu analizu sa teorijskom analizom. U radu su predstavljeni procesi selekcije i regrutiranja kao važne aktivnosti koje poduzeće može da razvije svoje konkurentske aktivnosti i budi konkurentniji na suvremenom tržištu. U teorijskom dijelu rad se bazira na analizi posla, strategiji regrutiranja te selekcije kadrova. Predstavljeni su pojmovi selekcija, izvori regrutiranja, metode analiza radnog mjesta, metode utvrđivanja zahtjeva posla, sustav analize posla, unutarnji izvori oglašavanja. U praktičnom dijelu rada se govori o poduzeću Include. Prikazan je odabir kvalitetnog i mladog kadra ljudi koji su spremni na timski rad u mladoj i dinamičkoj okolini. Opisan je opis procesa regrutiranja u poduzeću te selekcija i izbor kandidata za određeno radno mjesto. Kod zaključka je mišljenje da su ljudi najvažniji resurs bilo koje organizacije kao i da ljudi prave i rješavaju praktično sve probleme. Naglašena je važnost ispravnog odabira kandidata koji u konačnici može biti vrlo važan faktor za daljni razvoj i uspjeh poduzeća. Kvaliteta procesa selekcije i regrutiranja je od velikog značaja za uspjeh poduzeća. U zaključku je navedeno da je usavršavanje i trening zaposlenika, stvaranje ugodnog okruženja u poduzeću te pravedni platni sustav motivacijska osnova za svakog zaposlenika.

The purpose of Final work " recruitment and selection in the company" is to theoretically analyze the process of selection and recruitment as well as those same processes analyze from the practical standpoint and finally compare it to the theoretical analysis. It is shown that process of selection and recruitment are critical activities that company can do to develop competitive strategy and to actually implement them in today's market. Theoretical part of the work is based on the analysis of the job or position itself, strategy of recruitment and the selection of adequate people for the job positions. The following activities have been presented; selection, source of recruitment and training, methods of analyzing work placement, methods of proper placement within the company, system for the analysis of the work and finally system of job postings within company only. Company include is mentioned in the practical part of this paper. The selection of qualified and young employees has been presented and their willingness on a team work in the fresh and dynamic work surrounding. Also, the process of recruitment in the company and the selection of the candidates for the specific positions is described. In the conclusion, people are the most valuable recourses of any organization but people also people are make and realize practically any problems.its been pointed out the significance of proper selection of adequate candidates which in the end can be significant factor for further development and success of the company.the quality of process in the selection and recruitment or hiring is another big significance for the success of the company company. In the end it's been said that the training and teaching of employees, creating comfortable work surroundings and adequate payroll system are the good motivation base for any employee.
