Abstract
Teška gospodarska situacija u Hrvatskoj, pa i dobrim dijelom svjetsko gospodarstvo naglasilo je važnost upravljanja kompenzacijama odnosno sustava nagrađivanja u pojedinim organizacijama. Sukladno tome provedeno je znanstveno istraživanje o upravljanju kompenzacijama u poduzeću Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska d.o.o. Iako je Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska d.o.o. svoj sustav nagrađivanja u odnosu na mnoge druge organizacije koje djeluju unutar Republike Hrvatske dovela na zavidan nivo, potrebno je i dalje osluškivati potrebe svojih zaposlenika budući se potrebe i motivacijski faktori mijenjaju. Važno je da se sve promjene uvode na vrijeme i s dovoljno reda i strukture da bi ih zaposlenici prepoznali i cijenili.

Difficult economic situation in Croatia, and in the economy around the world highlighted the importance of management compensation, reward system in different organizations. Accordingly, carried out scientific research on management compensation in organization Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska d.o.o. Although Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska d.o.o. is its own reward system compared to many other organizations operating in the Republic of Croatian led to a higher level, it is necessary to continue to monitor the needs of all employees because future needs and motivational factors can and will change. It is important that all changes are on time, structured to make them recognize and appreciate by each employee.
