Abstract
Jasno definirana i efikasna struktura organizacije je bitna komponenta za uspjeh poduzeća. Suvremenim radnim uvjetima koje karakterizira timski rad i raspodjela odgovornosti imaju ogroman utjecaj na ukupnu učinkovitost organizacijske strukture. Mjere za poboljšanje učinkovitosti (napredak u korištenju resursa, smanjenje troškova koordinacije, pojednostavljenje proces, optimizacija spone izmeĎu kupaca i dobavljača) zahtjeva preciznu analizu i strukturirano upravljanje odgovornosti i uloga. Strabag je primjer jako dobro organiziranog poduzeća s precizno definiranom odgovornošću i podjelom posla te izvrsno razraĎenim sustavom upravljanja, informiranja i kontrole. Postoji prostor za napredak te potreba za kontinuiranim unapreĎivanjem strukture organizacije, pogotovo kada uzmemo u obzir veličinu poduzeća.

Clearly defined and efficient structure of the organization is an essential component for the corporate success. Modern working environments that are characterized by teamwork and allocation of responsibility have a huge impact on the overall effectiveness of the organizational structure. Measures to improve effectivness (progress in the use of resources, reducing the cost of coordination, simplification of connection between buyers and suppliers) requires accurate analysis and structured management of responsibilities and roles. Strabag is an example of a very well organized company with precisely defined responsibilities and division of work and excellent elaborate system of management, information and control. There is room for improvement and the need for continuous improvement of the organization structure, especially when you consider the size of the company.
