Abstract
Kontroling je proces koji pomaže menadžmentu u uspješnom procesu odlučivanja. Kontroling ima tri glavna zadatka, a to su redom: planiranje, analiza i izvještavanje. Kontroler je osoba čija je funkcija izvještavati, savjetovati te opskrbiti menadžment vrijednim upravljačkim mehanizmom. Analizom se utvrđuje sadašnje stanje poduzeća, iznose se realni i objektivni podaci o likvidnosti poduzeća, financijskoj stabilnosti, zaduženosti, učinkovitosti poslovanja i rentabilnosti te se definiraju simptomi i uzroci financijskih problema u poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
Controlling is a process that enables management in successful decision-making process. Controlling has three main tasks, namely: planning, analysis and reporting. Controller is person which function is report, advises and supply management value control mechanism. The analysis determines the current state of the company, amounts to a real and objective data on the liquidity of the company, financial stability, debt, operating efficiency and profitability, and to define the symptoms and causes of the financial problems of the company.
