Abstract
Blockchain tehnologija svakim danom sve više dobiva na popularnosti, najviše zahvaljujući uspješnoj primjeni u domeni kripto valuta. Paralelno s porastom njene popularnosti velik broj ljudi se uključuje u razvoj ove tehnologije. U ovom radu prikazano je kako se navedena tehnologija može ponuditi kao rješenje u sustavima opće namjene gdje god je potreban siguran prijenos podataka putem mreže. Blockchain tehnologija jamči sigurnost podataka na mreži koristeći kriptografske funkcije koje sprječavaju manipulaciju podacima. Hyperledger Fabric platforma nudi alate za izradu sustava temeljenih na blockchain tehnologiji. Pomoću Hyperledger Fabric platforme, nekoliko organizacija može uspostavit mrežu putem koje će slati podatke, kako bi ostvarili zajednički cilj. U ovom radu korištena je Hyperledger platforma kao temelj za uspostavu sustava za sigurnu razmjenu informacija studentskih referada putem kojeg fakulteti mogu razmjenjivati podatke o studentima. Takav sustav uštedio bi vrijeme i resurse fakulteta i samog studenta, a zahvaljujući blochchain tehnologiji sve strane koje sudjeluju u razmjeni podataka su sigurne da su podaci koje su dohvatili ispravni.
Abstract (english)
Blockchain technology is gaining in popularity every day, mostly due to its successful application in the domain of cryptocurrencies. In parallel with the growth of its popularity, a large number of people are getting involved in the development of blockchain technology. This paper shows how blockchain technology can be offered as a solution in general purpose systems whenever secure data transmission is required. Blockchain technology uses cryptographic functions that prevent data manipulation and guarantee data security. Hyperledger Fabric is a platform that offers tools for building a blockchain system. With Hyperledger Fabric, several organization can set up a network for sending and retrieving data, in order to achieve a common goal. In this paper, the Hyperledger platform was used as a basis for establishing a system that connects different colleges so that they could exchange student data. Described system would save time and resources of both the college and the student. Thanks to the blochchain technology, all parties involved in data exchange are sure that the data they retrieved is correct.
