Abstract
U sklopu ovog završnog rada realizirana je maketa u Laboratoriju za elektromotorne pogone Fakulteta elektrotehnike, strojarstva i brodogradnje. Laboratorijska maketa sastoji se od indirektnog frekventnog pretvarača SINAMICS V20 i asinkronog kaveznog motora nazivne snage 2.2 kW. Asinkroni motor tereti se pomoću istosmjernog nezavisnog uzbuđenog stroja napajanog preko reverzibilnog usmjerivača. Prije puštanja u pogon proučena je dokumentacija proizvođača u kojoj je opisana mehanička instalacija, način ožičenja i rad s pretvaračem. Upravljanje pogonom i unošenje parametara se vršilo preko osnovnog operatorskog panela. Nakon puštanja u rad, izvršena su mjerenja napona i struja ispred i iza pretvarača te su navedene veličine analizirane.
Abstract (english)
As part of this final thesis, laboratory setup was realized in the Laboratory for Electric Drives at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. The laboratory setup consists of an indirect frequency converter SINAMICS V20 and an asynchronous squirrel cage motor with a rated power of 2.2 kW. The asynchronous motor is loaded by a DC machine supplied via 4Q converter. Prior to commissioning, the manufacturer's documentation describing the mechanical installation, wiring method and operation of the inverter was studied. Drive control and parameter entry were performed via the basic operator panel. After the commissioning, voltage and current measurements were performed at the point of common coupling and at the motor terminals and the results were analyzed.
