Abstract
Turizam se smatra skupom različitih pojava i odnosa, stoga ga je kao takvog teško definirati. Kada govorimo o najvažnijim komponentama proizvodnje turističkih usluga, bitno je naglasiti i glavne aktere ponude turističkih usluga, odnosno, „ljudski faktor“, koji po svojoj važnosti stoji uz dionike turističke potražnje. Turizam je iznimno rastuća domena koja ujedno pridonosi smanjenju nezaposlenosti. Intenzitet rada unutar turističkog sektora smatra se značajnim izvorom zapošljavanja i kreatorom radnih mjesta. Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati zadovoljstvo ispitanika visinom plaće, mogućnošću napredovanja, sigurnošću radnog mjesta, odnos s kolegama, količinom radnog vremena, stjecanjima korisnih iskustava, poznanstava, novih znanja kao i značajki fizičkog okruženja. S obzirom da je turizam jedan od glavnih kreatora radnih mjesta, cilj je bio ispitati utječu li poslovi u turizmu na smanjenje nezaposlenosti te biraju li zaposlenici poslove u turizmu zbog nedostatka drugih poslovnih prilika.
Abstract (english)
Tourism as a set of different phenomena and relationships is difficult to explain and follow. Not only the stakeholders of tourist demand are important, but also the main actors in the offer of tourist services, ie. the human factor which is the most important component of the production of tourist services. Compared to other sectors of the economy, tourism is the fastest growing area and accounts for more than one third of the world's total trade in goods. The intensity of work within the tourism sector is considered a significant source of employment and job creator. The aim was to examine the respondents' satisfaction with the salary, the possibility of advancement in the sector, job security, relationships with colleagues, the amount of working time, working time, gaining useful experiences and acquaintances as well as new knowledge and the physical environment itself, including comfort, temperature, etc. . Given that tourism is one of the main creators of jobs, the aim is to examine whether individuals believe that jobs in tourism minimize unemployment and whether they choose tourism solely because of the lack of business opportunities.
