Abstract
U ovom radu se obrađuje tema važnosti pripremljene okoline u Montessori pedagogiji. Montessori pedagogija počiva na načelima koje je predstavila Dr. Maria Montessori i već godinama su nepromijenjeni. Načela se odnose na sve sastavnice Montessori pedagogije pa i na pripremljenu okolinu. Ona je izuzetno važna u cjelokupnoj koncepciji zbog toga što služi kako bi indirektno pobudila interes i zanimanje kod djece za određene aktivnosti i kako bi prilikom izvođenja vježbi omogućila djetetu da shvati smisao istih. Može se reći kako pripremljena okolina potiskuje ulogu odgojitelja u drugi plan jer on zapravo postaje promatrač. On u tišini promatra djetetov rad s određenim materijalom i uključuje se tek kad dijete to zatraži. Dakle, pripremljena okolina je ono što potiče i privlači dijete. Budući da dijete samostalno uzima materijal u ruke, to razvija njegovu samostalnost što je Maria Montessori smatrala krucijalnim za razvoj potpune ličnosti djeteta. Dijete, koristeći materijale, razvija i druge psihofizičke sposobnosti a upravo materijal omogućuje da se učinak aktivnosti maksimizira
Abstract (english)
This research has discussed the importance of prepared environment in Montessori pedagogy. The Montessori pedagogy is based on the principles that were established by Dr. Maria Montessori. Those principles have remained the same for years. The principles refer to all the components of Montessori pedagogy, including the prepared environment. It is extremely important in the entire conception because it is used to arouse the interest within children for certain activities,also to enable a child to understand the importance of certain activity. It could be understood that the prepared environment represses the role of an educator, because he actually becomes an observer. He silently observes child's interest in certain material and gets involved only if asked so, therefore, the prepared environment is what attracts a child. Since the child takes the materials on his own, it develops his independence, which is a crucial thing for developing the complete personality of a child, according to Maria Montessori. Using the provided materials, the child develops other psycho-physical capabilities, and the materials enable the effect of activities to maximize.
