Abstract
Ovaj rad proučava hidrotoponime na istočnoj obali Jadrana. Oni označavaju mjesta koja su motivirana vodom. Toponimi se općenito mogu podijeliti na makrotoponime koji imenuju veće geografske jedinice (poput država, gradova, brda i sl.), dok mikrotoponimi imenuju pojedine dijelove zemljišta (npr. njive, livade pašnjaci) pa se takva podjela može preslikati i na hidrotoponime. U radu su zabilježeni na osnovu analiziranja područja koja su najbolje proučena na onomatskoj razini, a poredani su od sjevernog Jadrana prema južnom. Isto tako, na cijelom jadranskom teritoriju nema ravnomjernog popisa i opisa toponima motiviranih vodom pa su neka područja, spletom okolnosti, obrađena detaljnije od ostalih. Upravo takva preciznija analiza pojedenog dijela teritorija u bilježenju uvjetuje prevlast mikrotoponima nad makrotoponimima.
Abstract (english)
This written work presents hydro-toponyms on the east part of Adriatic Coast. They stand for places motivated with water. In general, toponyms can be divided into macrotoponyms that denominate bigger geographical units such as states, cities, hills, etc. while microtoponyms denominate specific parts of land including meadow, grasslands etc. and that is a concrete reason why that division can be mapped on hydro-toponyms as well. In this work, they are noted on the basis of analyzing the arias studied on the onomastics level from the north to the south part of Adriatic Coast. Furthermore, on the entire Adriatic territory no uniform lists or toponyms descriptions can be found. Therefore, some arias are better cultivated than the others. That analysis of specific parts of territory in noting causes dominance microtoponyms over macrotoponyms.
