Abstract
Upravljanje karijerom predstavlja jedan od velikih izazova novijih desetljeća te je stoga bilo temom ovog rada. Općenito, karijera obuhvaća niz aktivnosti usmjerenih na profesionalni razvoj čiji su osnovni pokretači motivacija i izobrazba, posebice obrazovanje i usavršavanje. Stoga je u ovom radu detaljnije opisana važnost formalnog obrazovanja u procesu razvoja karijere, kao i uloga neformalnog obrazovanja te cjeloživotnog usavršavanja u ovom kontekstu. Nadalje, u ovom radu je profesionalni razvoj objašnjen kroz model koji se sastoji od 5 faza, a kako je sam proces napredovanja povezan s praćenjem i vrednovanjem objašnjena je njihova važnostte primjena u školstvu i na radnom mjestu.
Abstract (english)
Career management represents one of the greatest challenges of recent decades and was therefore chosen as the subject of this thesis. Generally speaking, career includes various activities directed towards professional growth that is highly contingent on individuals’ motivation and different forms of education. Therefore, this thesis describes the importance of formal education in the process of career development and the role of the non-formal education and life-long learning in this context. Furthermore, this thesis describes the 5-phased model of professional growth and its implementation in the educational system and workplace.
