Abstract Djelovanje glazbe na ĉovjeka je raznoliko.
Abstract (english) The effect of music on man is diverse. Music affects the human rhythm of breathing, blood pressure, muscle work and tiredness, but also increases creativity, raises self-confidence and contributes to the development of social skills and the acceleration of the psychomotor. Up to this knowledge of music came various experts throughout history, who started to apply music to treatment on the basis of them. As a result, a new scientific discipline called the Music Therapy developed. Music therapy is a procedure in which music therapists control and professionally use music as a medium in treatment, rehabilitation, education and exercise in people suffering from physical, mental or emotional disorders. The goal of music therapy is to develop the potential and/or restore the ability of individuals to achieve their best personal and social integration. The implementation of music therapy is also included in the treatment of children with speech and voice difficulties. Mentioned disturbances include all that hinders the construction of abstraction and its symbols, their realization and recognition, and most often it's aphasia, cleft, dysarthria, dysphonia etc. Depending on the difficulty of speech and its cause, a certain method and exercise is used in music therapy. Intonation and nursery rhymes are applied in almost all the difficulties, through which the harmony of the organism is achieved and it's possible for the child to correct and easier pronounce the voices and words. These children often have a better developed understanding than verbal expression, so most of these methods and exercises are accompanied by illustrative examples. In order to achieve success in the field of music therapy in children with speech and voice difficulties, it is important that the child is accessed individually and multidisciplinary, and that the music being applied is always adjusted and selected appropriately.
