Abstract
Sociološko istraživanje položaja žena u Cetinskoj krajini provedeno je tijekom svibnja 2017. godine na uzorku od 300 ispitanica. Prema rezultatima istraživanja starije žene imaju niži stupanj obrazovanja, a žene s nižim stupnjem obrazovanja češće su i nezaposlene. Udio nepismenih žena kao i udio žena bez škole na ovom području najviši je među ženama starijim od šezdeset i pet godina. Stope zaposlenosti žena u Cetinskoj krajini najviše su u gradu Sinju, a ispitanice smatraju kako su mogućnosti zapošljavanja danas na ovom području bolje nego što su bile prije dvadeset godina. Nadalje, ispitanice su potvrdile kako su prilično zadovoljne poslom koji sada rade, ali nisu zadovoljne mjesečnim prihodima. Prisutnost podjele na muške i ženske poslove unutar kućanstva potvrđena je i u ovom istraživanju gdje su ispitanice navele kako u nekim obvezama u obitelji sudjeluju češće nego muškarci. S obzirom na obveze u obitelji i na poslu, žene ipak imaju dovoljno slobodnog vremena te ističu kako su zadovoljne i načinima na koje ga provode.
Abstract (english)
Sociological research on the position of women in the region called Cetinska krajina was done in May 2017 on 300 subjects. The results show that older women have lower education level, and women with lower education level are more often unemployed. Most illiterate women and women without formal education in this region are among those older than 65. Unemployment rates in Cetinska krajina are highest in Sinj, and examinees think that the employment possibilities are better today than they were twenty years ago. Furthermore, they have confirmed that they are satisfied with jobs they have now, but they are not satisfied with the salary. This research also revealed the existence of traditional housework division by gender and the subjects also reported that they take part in some household chores more often than the men. Although they have obligations at home and at work, women still have enough free time and they are satisfied with how they spend it.
