Abstract
Suvremeni ubrzani način života ostavlja malo slobodnog vremena za brigu o zdravlju. U svakodnevnom životu, slično kao i u sportskom, mobilnost tijela je često neopravdano zapostavljena, a blagodati vježbi mobilnosti često ostaju neiskorištene. U ovom radu mobilnost je istražena u sklopu vježbi za profesionalno plivanje. Plivanje je jedan od sportova gdje je mobilnost od iznimne važnosti, a ostavlja joj se jako malo vremena što najčešće nije dovoljno za postizanje pravog rezultata i uočavanja razine pozitivnog utjecaja na sami trening. Zbog toga dolazi i do velikog broja ozljeda koje svaki sportaš pokušava izbjeći. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati vježbe mobilnosti kod plivača koje će minimalizirati rizik od ozljeda, te ukazati na važnost uvođenja mobilnosti u svakodnevni trening.
Abstract (english)
Modern fast way of living leaves little time to care about personal health. In our daily lives, as well as professional sports, mobility is often wrongly ignored and its benefits are often unused. In this thesis work, mobility is explored in the context of professional swimming. Swimming is one of the sports where mobility is extremely important and often not dedicated enough attention, which leads to inadequate results and missing true benefits of mobility training. This further leads to increased risk of injury, which every athlete wants to avoid. The main goal of this work is to display different mobility exercises aimed at minimizing injury risk, as well point out the importance of introducing mobility exercises in daily training routine.
