Abstract
Porezni sustav jedinstven je za svaku državu i sastoji se od velikog broja poreza. Upravo zbog toga, nigdje u svijetu se ne može naći isti porezni sustav. Točna definicija poreza ne postoji, ali postoji niz sličnih definicija koje s koriste kroz povijest pa sve do danas što se može vidjeti kroz ovaj rad. Prema Zakonu o lokalnim porezima svaki grad za sebe određuje koje poreze će naplaćivati pa je tako grad Zadar za svoje poreze odabrao prirez porezu na dohodak, porez na potrošnju i porez na kuće za odmor.
Abstract (english)
The tax system is unique to each state and consists of a large number of taxes. Precisely because of this, the same tax system cannot be found anywhere in the world. There is no exact definition of tax, but there are a number of similar definitions that have been used throughout history to the present day and can be seen through this paper. According to the Law on Local Taxes, each city determines for itself which taxes it will collect, so the city of Zadar has chosen a surtax on income tax, consumption tax and tax on holiday homes for its taxes.
