Abstract
Brojni propisi i strategije iz domene zaštite prirode i kulture koji su na snazi u RH upućuju da se barem formalno na kvalitetan način vodi upravljanje prirodnim i društvenim resursima. Optimalnim tj. održivim upravljanjem prirodnim i kulturnim dobrima trebala bi se postići kako zaštita tako i korist od istih što je i cilj primjerenog upravljanja istima. Najčešći problemi u učinkovitom upravljanju područjima su: neprecizno definirane granice zaštićenih područja, djelomično upisane granice zaštićenih područja u katastar, zemljišne knjige, usitnjenost zaštićenih područja te neprimjereno upravljanje lokalnim čimbenicima koji dopuštaju različite oblike neadekvatnog korištenja. Poglavito u iskorištavanju tih resursa putem turizma trebalo bi se dodatno fokusirati na adekvatno upravljanje da ne bi došlo do uništavanja najvrjednijih resursa koji su i osnova razvoja turizma kao osnovne gospodarske djelatnosti na području Dalmacije.
Abstract (english)
Numerous regulations and strategies from domain of nature protection and culture which are in use, point on quality management of natural and social resources, formally at least. Optimal ie. sustainable management of natural and social resources should be achievable through protection and also through benefits of managing those same resources. Most common things in efficient managing of landscapes are: imprecise borders of protected areas, partially entered borders in the cadaster, land registry, fragmentation of protected areas and inadequate management of local factors which allows different forms of inadequate use. Especially in using those resources through tourism, management should be additionally focused on adequate management to prevent destruction of most valuable resources, which are the basis of tourism development as basic economic activity in Dalmatia.
