Abstract
Poduzetnik je poslovni čovjek, uglavnom nositelj posla. U izvornom značenju to je čovjek koji ulaže novac u određenu poslovnu investiciju uz nadu, da će ostvariti profit. Poduzetnika privlači neravnoteža, odnosno određeni problemi okruženja. Mladi kreativni i ambiciozni poduzetnik u tome vidi svoju priliku da bi se iskazao, tj. da bi ponudio novo rješenje, novi proizvod, novu uslugu ili nove procese koji će razriješiti problematiku okruženja te pozitivno djelovati na okruženje. U poduzetništvu nailazimo na: poslovnu ideju, motivaciju, znanje i vještine, tržište roba i usluga, osnovna obrtna i financijska sredstva, detaljno izrađen poslovni plan, sposobnost preuzimanja rizika i odgovornosti. Mladi poduzetnici inspirirani svojim idejama žele promijeniti sadašnje stanje određene zajednice te je poboljšati.
Abstract (english)
The entrepreneur is a businessman, mostly a carrier. In the original sense, it is a man who invests money in a business investment with the hope that he will make a profit. Entrepreneurs are attracted by imbalance. The young creative and ambitious entrepreneur sees this as an opportunity to express himself, that is, to offer a new solution, a new product, a new service or new processes that will solve environmental problems and positively influence on the environment. In entrepreneurship we come across: business idea, motivation, knowledge and skills, market of goods and services, basic working and financial assets, detailed business plan, ability to take risks and responsibilities. Young entrepreneurs inspired by their ideas want to change the present state of a particular community and improve it.
