Abstract
U završnom radu prikazana je projektna i konstrukcijska razrada te razrada programskog koda kojim se nadzire automatski rad hidrauličke kidalice. Prikazane su radnje potrebne za nadogradnju hidrauličke kidalice. Prilikom automatizacije rada hidrauličke kidaliceplaniranje i razvoj proizvoda su izvršeni prema standardnom postupku metodičkog razvoja proizvoda. Materijali i komponente za automatizaciju rada hidrauličke preše su odabrani prema zahtjevima koje moraju biti ispunjeni tijekom eksploatacije. U radu su priložene komercijalne ponude za električne i mehaničke komponente te za upravljački sustav zbog procijene troška izrade. Objašnjeni su principi rada automatizirane hidrauličke kidalice te su navedeni proizvodni postupci za obradu mehaničkihkomponenti. Prikazan je i pojašnjen arduinokod namijenjen za kontrolu rada. Izvršena je tehničkai ekonomska analiza te je priložena tehnička dokumentacija potrebna za automatizaciju hidrauličke kidalice.
Abstract (english)
In this final work I will present the design and construction work and the development of a program code that monitors the automatic operation of the hydraulic testing machine. The steps required to upgrade the hydraulic testing machine are shown. When automating the operation of the hydraulic testing machine, product planning and development were performed according to the standard method of product development. The materials and components for the automation of the hydraulic are selected according to the requirements that must be met during operation. The paper provides commercial bids for electrical and mechanical components and for the control system for estimating the manufacturing cost. The operating principles of an automated hydraulic testing machine are explained and manufacturing procedures for machining mechanical components are outlined. The arduino code intended to control operation is shown and explained. A technical and economic analysis was carried out and the technical documentation necessary for the automation of the hydraulic testing machine.
