Abstract
Trgovačka društva imaju mogućnost povećanja temeljnog kapitala unosom stvari, prava i novca. U radu su obrađeni načini na koje se temeljni kapital može povećati, kao i načini provođenja revizija. Revizije nisu propisane za sve vrste povećanja temeljnog kapitala. Društvo Badel 1862 d.d. donijelo je odluku o povećanju temeljnog kapitala unosom prava. Sukladno Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima propisana je obvezna revizija povećanja temeljnog kapitala unosom prava. Revizorova je zadaća da uvidom u svu relevantnu dokumentaciju te primjenom revizijskih metoda i postupaka donese subjektivnu pozitivnu ili negativnu odluku zadovoljava li društvo sve zakonom propisane pretpostavke za povećanjem temeljnog kapitala.
Abstract (english)
Companies have the opportunity to increase their share capital by investing things, rights and money. This paper discusses ways in which share capital can be increased, as well as how audits are conducted. Audits are not prescribed for all types of share capital increases. Badel 1862 d.d. made the decision to increase the share capital by entering the rights. According to the legal provision, revision is mandatory if the share capital is increased by entering the rights. The auditor's task is to make a subjective positive or negative decision by reviewing all relevant documentation and applying audit methods and procedures whether the company meets all statutory requirements for the increase in the share capital.
