Abstract
Razvoj poreznog sustava Republike Hrvatske kroz cijelu povijest je vezan za povijesno i političko formiranje države. Nakon postizanja državne neovisnosti provode se reforme u brojnim segmentima gospodarstva. Zbog samostalnosti i nove tržišne orijentacije, Hrvatska provodi i poreznu reformu kako bi uskladila porezni sustav sa sustavima zemalja u tranziciji i razvijenih zemalja. Porezni sustav sačinjavaju različiti oblici poreza, a najčešća podjela poreza je na izravne i neizravne poreze. Porezni sustav prije 90-ih godina, nakon 90-ih godina i danas se značajno razlikuju. Razvile su se različiti oblici i načini oporezivanja, izmijenjene su stope poreza te definirani drugačiji izuzeci oporezivanja. Cilj rada je prikazani porezni sustav RH kroz cijelo razvojno razdoblje do danas.
Abstract (english)
The development of the tax system of the Republic of Croatia throughout history is related to the historical and political formation of the state. After achieving state independence, reforms are being implemented in many segments of the economy. Due to its independence and new market orientation, Croatia is also implementing tax reform in order to harmonize the tax system with the systems of countries in transition and developed countries. The tax system consists of different forms of tax, and the most common division of taxes is into direct and indirect taxes. The tax system before the 90s, after the 90s and today are significantly different. Different forms and methods of taxation have been developed, tax rates have been changed and different tax exemptions have been defined. The aim of this paper is to present the tax system of the Republic of Croatia throughout the entire development period until today.
