Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je izrada mobilne i web aplikacije za izradu elektroničkog medicinskog kartona. Za razliku od dosadašnjeg ovaj pristup nudi bolje korisničko iskustvo i za doktora i za pacijenta. Korisnik aplikacije može pristupiti traženim podacima kroz očitanje QR kôda koji se nalazi na bolesničkom krevetu pacijenta ili u njegovoj blizini. Pristup podacima je ograničen na samog pacijenta i medicinski tim koji ga liječi. Doktor ima mogućnost pristupa svim prijašnjim bilješkama i zdravstvenoj anamnezi pacijenta što omogućava bolje određivanje dijagnoze i pravilnije liječenje. Također ovakav način vođenja medicinskih kartona omogućava nadzor rada doktora i ostalih medicinskih djelatnika. Aplikacija se dijeli na dva dijela. Prvi dio odnosi se na mobilnu aplikaciju, kojom se pristupa podacima o pacijentu putem skeniranja QR koda. Na taj način podacima pristup imaju pacijent i medicinsko osoblje. Drugi dio aplikacije odnosi se na administratorsko sučelje, putem kojeg je moguće napraviti veći broj izmjena nad podacima u medicinskom kartonu. Mobilna aplikacija je namijenjena za sve mobilne uređaje na Android i iOS operacijskim sustavima. Za izradu mobilne aplikacije je korišten programski jezik JavaScript sa radnim okvirom React Native, dok je za izradu administratorskog sučelja korišten radni okvir React.js. Poslužiteljski dio aplikacije, kojemu se nalazi sva obrada i spremanje podataka je napisana koristeći Koa.js.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final work is to create a mobile and web application for the production of electronic medical records. Unlike the previous one, this approach offers a better user experience for both the doctor and the patient. The user of the application can access the requested data by reading the QR code located on or near the patient's bed. Access to the data is limited to the patient himself and the medical team treating him. The doctor has the ability to access all previous notes and the patient's medical history, which allows for a better diagnosis and more correct treatment. Also, this way of keeping medical records enables the supervision of the work of doctors and other medical professionals. The application is divided into two parts. The first part refers to a mobile application, which accesses patient data by scanning a QR code. In this way, patient and medical staff have access to the data. The second part of the application refers to the administrator interface, through which it is possible to make a number of changes to the data in the medical record. The mobile application is intended for all mobile devices on Android and iOS operating systems. The JavaScript programming language with the React Native framework was used to create the mobile application, while the React.js framework was used to create the administrator interface. The server part of the application, which has all the processing and storage of data is written using Koa.js.
