Abstract
Kompresori su radni strojevi koji tlače zrak s atmosferskog zraka od 1 bar na tlakove do 350 bara, dok pritom pretvaraju mehaničku energiju u energiju stlačenog zraka. Zrak je smjesa nekoliko plinova od čega ponajviše dušika 78 %, kisika 21 %, vodene pare do 4% te ostalih plinova 1%. Sami vijčani kompresori, koji su tema ovoga završnog rada, spadaju u rotacijske kompresore kojima se postižu visoki protoci a relativno mali tlakovi do cca. 12 bara. Zrak se komprimira pomoću dva vijka koji su u zahvatu. Hlađenje, podmazivanje te brtvljenje vijaka može se izvršiti pomoću vode ili ulja. Postoje izvedbe i bez fluida no oni su puno skuplji zbog užih tolerancija samih vijaka. Prednost ovih kompresora je u tome što je tlačenje zraka kontinuiran proces (za razliku od klipnih) te rade bez vibracija i buke. Također ostvaruju veće protoke od klipnih kompresora. U ovome završnome radu bit će izvršena i opisana automatizacija rada jednog vijčanog kompresora. Glavni dio rada se sastoji od izrade programa (algoritma) koji upravlja radom kompresora. Algoritam se izvršava na računalu koje se naziva PLC. Senzorima se dobivaju fizikalna stanja okoliša (temperatura, tlak, protoci) dok aktuatorima izvršavamo fizičku kontrolu procesa (otvaranje ventila, uključivanje motora itd...). Da bi se izvršila automatizacija nekoga stroja prije svega potrebno je poznavati princip rada uređaja.
Abstract (english)
Compressors are working machines that compress atmospheric air of 1 bar to pressures of 350 bar, while converting mechanical energy into compressed air energy. Air is a mixture of several gases, of which mostly nitrogen 78%, oxygen 21%, water vapor up to 4% and other 1%. Screw compressors that will be the subject of this work are type of rotational compressors that are used for high flows and low pressures up to 12 bars. Air is being compressed within two screws of a compressor. Cooling, lubricating and sealing is done by water or oil. There are variations of compressors where cooling is done by air but they are more expansive and rare cause of the small tolerances between the screws. Main advantage of this compressors is that they work without noise and have high flow rate, unlike the piston compressors. In the following pages automatization of a screw compressor will be presented. Main part of the work is compiled of algorithm that is used for control of a compressor. Algorithm is executed on a PLC computer. Sensors take information from the environment like temperature, pressure, flow, etc. and control actuators like electro motors, valves, etc. In order to make program for the control of a compressor, first we need to take a look at how compressors work.
