Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je izbor vertikalnog nosača principom lake konstrukcije. U ovom radu prikazan je proračun na izvijanje tankostijenih štapova, te se razmatra ponašanje samih štapova. Rad je podijeljen u više cjelina u kojima se razmatra materijal, postupak proračuna na izvijanje, te u konačnici prikazan je proračun izvijanja metalnih profila simetričnog presjeka kroz projektni zadatak. S obzirom da je jedan od uvjeta dobiti što lakšu konstrukciju, preliminarno odabrani materijal je aluminij koji sa svojim osnovnim mehaničkim svojstvima u većini slučajeva zadovoljava tražene uvjete, te kada je to izvedivo može zamjeniti čelik kao jedan od osnovnih konstrukcijskih materijala. Kroz rad objašnjeno je dobivanje aluminijskih profila. Može se uočiti kako se ekstruzijom aluminija mogu dobiti razni profili koji nam omogućavaju zadovoljavanje traženih kriterija koji se postavljaju pred konstruktore. Ovaj rad u svojoj suštini razmatra moguća ponašanja opterećenih tankostijenih štapova kao što su savijanje, izvijanje i uvojno izvijanje štapova. Naglasak ovog rada je na izvijanju tankostijenih štapova.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final paperwork is the choice of a vertical beam with the principle of a light construction. This final work contains the calculation of buckling of thin-walled beams, and considers the behavior of each material. The work is devided in several parts which refer to the material, the buckling calculation method, and in the end the metal profile of simetrical section buckling calculation through a defined task. Considering that one of the conditions is to get the construction as light as possible, for the construction material aluminum was selected, which in most cases fulfills the required conditions and can replace steel as one of the basic construction materials. This final work explains the production process of aluminum section, and it can be noticed that through the aluminum extrusion process it is possible to get various profile types which satisfy the criteria of constructors. This final work essentially considers the possible behavior of loaded thin wall beams such as bending, deflection and torsional buckling. The emphasis of this final work is given to buckling of thin-walled beams.
