Abstract
Turistički aranžman je kompleksan pojam za koji ne postoji jedna definicija koja uključuje sve njegove karakteristike i specifičnosti. Može se reći da turistički aranžman predstavlja skup usluga vezanih za boravak i putovanje turista koji je povezan u cjelinu i prodaje se uz jednu jedinstvenu cijenu. Veliki broj putnika, odnosno turista, na svoja putovanja odlazi upravo u organizaciji turističkih agencija iz razloga što aranžmani imaju brojne prednosti kao što su sigurnost, unaprijed poznata cijena, niži troškovi i tako dalje. Svakako velik dio prihoda u turizmu dolazi od turista više kupovne moći koji imaju posebne želje i zahtjeve za posjetom određenim destinacijama i tu do izražaja dolaze agencije kreiranjem aranžmana prema unaprijed poznatim faktorima, kreiranjem naručenih turističkih aranžmana. Svi zahtjevi i potrebe naručitelja moraju biti precizno određeni kako bi agencija mogla kreirati kvalitetan aranžman. Važna stavka koja se mora istaknuti na početku je da su naručeni aranžmani zbog svoje specifičnosti u pravilu skuplji od raspisanih.
Abstract (english)
A touristic arrangement is a complex term for which there is no definition that includes all its characteristics and specifics. It can be said that a travel arrangement is a set of services related to the stay and travel of a tourist connected to the resident and sold at a single price. A large number of tourist’s goes to their travel with arrangement’s which tourist agency makes, because they have many benefits such as security, pre-known prices, lower costs, and so on. Of course, big part of tourist revenue comes from tourist’s which have a greater purchasing power, and that kind of tourist’s have a special wishes and demands. All requests and needs of the client must be precisely defined so that the agency can create a quality arrangement. An important item that must be noted at the outset is that ordered arrangements due to their specificity are generally more expensive than trimmed.
