Abstract
U današnje vrijeme mnogi odlaze u fitness centre ili u slične prostore gdje mogu rekreativno ili profesionalno trenirati. Nije rijetkost da osobe u sportu kreiraju vlastite treninge, te bilježe vježbe unutar njega i prate vlastiti napredak. Koristeći MERN, skup tehnologija koje omogućavaju brzi razvoj web aplikacija, stvorena je aplikacija koja omogućava korisnicima brzo i učinkovito generiranje vlastitih trening programa. Uz pomoć četiri tehnologije od kojih se sami razvojni okvir sastoji, a to su MongoDB, Express.js, React.js i Node.js, komunikacijom klijentske i poslužiteljske strane, korisnici mogu na jednostavan način stvoriti svoj profil, kreirati, ažurirati i pratiti program treninga i vježbe u njemu, te dobiti savjete o dnevnom unosu kalorija kako bi postigli željenu kilažu.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, many go to fitness centers or similar places where they can train recreationally or professionally. It is not uncommon for people in sports to create their own training sessions, record exercises within it and monitor their own progress. Using the MERN development framework, a collection of technologies that enable the rapid development o f web applications, an application was created that allows users to quickly and efficiently generate their own training programs. With the help of four technologies that the development framework itself consists of, namely MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js, through client- and server-side communication, users can easily create their profile, create, update and monitor the training program and exercises in it, and get advice on daily calorie intake in order to achieve the desired weight.
