Abstract
Sastanci su potrebni za poslovno okruženje kako bi se riješili određeni problemi, sagledale potencijalne mogućnosti, te donijele prave odluke. Zauzimaju značajno mjesto u životu osoba angažiranih u poslovima i društvenim aktivnostima. Svaki sastanak organiziran je u većini slučajeva sa poslovnim klijentima ili djelatnicima radi informiranja, savjetovanja i slično. Sudionici sastanka morali bi biti zainteresirani za sadržaj sastanka te svojim znanjem i iskustvom pozitivno pridonijeti njegovu radu, dok su uloga i zadaci voditelja u velikoj mjeri određeni ustrojstvom organizacije u kojoj je sastanak dio procesa rada. Usvajanjem tehnika planiranja, organiziranja i vođenja poslovnih sastanaka može se povećati njihova uspješnost te zadovoljstvo sudionika. Održavanje uspješnih sastanaka pruža priliku da se postigne određeni cilj, utječe na ishod sastanka, te omogućuje ljudima da sudjeluju s više zadovoljstva.
Abstract (english)
Business meetings are necessary for the business environment to solve specific problems, look at potential opportunities and to make right descisions. They occupy a significant place in the life of people engaged in business and social activities. In most cases, meetings are organized with business clients or employees for getting informations or counseling. Participants of the meeting should be interested in the content of the meeting and with their knowledge and experience they sholud contribute positively to its work, while role and tasks of the manager are determined by the organisation in which meeting is the part of the work process. Success of business meetings and the satisfaction of the participants can be increased with techinques of planning, organizing and with conduction of meetings. Maintaining sucessful meetings provides an oportunity to achieve a specific goal, affects the outcome of the meeting and allows people to participate with more satisfaction.
