Abstract
Da bi neko poduzeće napredovalo i povećavalo svoje poslovanje nužne su mu investicije. Te investicije poduzeće mora nekako vrednovati, i to, metodama za dinamičku ocjenu investicijskih projekata. Prvi korak u procjeni nekog projekta je kapitalno budžetiranje. Kapitalno budžetiranje uključuje procjenu potrebnih investicijskih ulaganja u fiksnu imovinu i procjenu budućih novčanih tokova, kao i ocjenjivanje njihove financijske efikasnosti. Procijenjeni novčani tokovi stvaraju osnovu za izračunavanje i lakše donošenje odluka o određenim projektima. U ovom radu će se definirati svrha kapitalnog budžetiranja i proces te odnos pojedinih metoda za dinamičku ocjenu investicijskih projekata. Njihove slabosti i prednosti.
Abstract (english)
In order for a company to progress and increase its business, it is necessary to invest. These investments company's have to somehow value, it is achived by methods of dynamic evaluations in investment projects. The first step in the assessment of a project is capital budgeting. Capital budgeting involves assessing the required investments invested in fixed assets and estimating future cash flows as well as assessing their financial efficiency. Estimated cash flows are the basis for calculating and making decisions about certain projects. In this paper, the purpose of capital budgeting and process and the relationship between individual methods for dynamic assessment of investment projects will be defined. Their weaknesses and advantages.
