Abstract
Predmet završnog rada je informatizacija i komuniciranje. Informatizacija kao proces se razvila kako bi olakšala i ubrzala slanje i primanje informacija. Ključni faktori uspjeha informatizacije su jasna percepcija informatizacije, shvaćanje obuhvata i utjecaja iste na poduzeće i nužnih koraka koje je potrebno poduzeti u svrhu smanjenja rizika neuspješnosti cjelokupnog projekta. Unapređenje komunikacije među ljudima dovodi i do razvoja komunikacijskog procesa između tvrtki i potencijalnih kupaca. Tvrtkama su omogućeni razni promocijski kanali putem Interneta, tako osoba koja je registrirana na Facebooku ili Twitteru često dobiva oglase za proizvode koje je zanimaju. Internet automatski izbacuje oglase svih tvrtki koje imaju slične ili iste proizvode. Glavni problem Interneta je što su privatni podatci lako dostupni i mogu se zloupotrijebiti.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the final thesis is informatization and communication. Informatization as a process was developed to facilitate and speed up sending and receiving of information. The key success factors of informatization are the clear perception of informatization, the understanding of its scope and the impact on the company and the necessary steps to be taken to reduce the risk of failure of the overall project. Improving communication between people brings developing a communication process between companies and potential customers. As much as communication between people has evolved, so has communication between companies and potential customers. Businesses are provided with various promotional channels online, so a person who is registered on Facebook or Twitter often receives ads for products that interest them. Internet automatically selects ads from all companies that have similar or the same products. The main problem with the Internet is that private information is easily accessible and can be missused.
