Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima bitna je menadžerska funkcija u poslovanju poduzeća koje brine o sebi i svojim zaposlenicima. Ovo je jedna od disciplina usmjerena ka unaprjeđenju razvoja i trajne invencije ulaganjem u ljudski kapital. Glavna zadaća upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima je da otkrije, razvije i pokrene ljudske potencijale, naglašavajući važnost da pri tom rad i osobna ulaganja zaposlenika ne predstavlja frustracije, nego zadovoljstvo. Zaposlenici su najvrjedniji, a često i najskuplji organizacijski resursi, iz tog razloga upravljanje njima mora biti dugoročno i strateški promišljeno. Bez obzira na djelatnost kojom se bavi poduzeće, veličinu poduzeća ili broj zaposlenih, upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima je primarna funkcija svakog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Management of human potential is important managerial function in company business, which cares about its employees and itself. This is one of the many disciplines that is focused on development, growth and permanent investing in human capital. The main task of management of human potential is to reveal, develop and start human potential, emphasizing importance of work and personal development of employees. It must be done through pleasure, not frustration. Employees are the most valuable, often the most expensive organization resources and for that reason, management of employees must be long-term and well organized. Management of human potential is the primary function of every company no matter the size, activities and number of employees in it.
