Abstract
Internacionalizacija malog poduzeća je u današnjem globalnom svijetu gotovo pa obvezna. Malo poduzeće se sustavno potiče u razvijenim zemljama već duže vrijeme. Poduzetnik je inovator osoba koja u poslovni svijet uvodi nove proizvodne kombinacije temeljene na novoj tehnologiji i novoj organizaciji on je osoba motivirana željom i htijenjem za osnivanjem svoga privatnog kraljevstva, s razvijenim osjećajem za borbu i oduševljenjem koje proizlazi iz kreacije novoga. Danas je značajno olakšano poslovanje posebno u smislu internacionalizacije jer primjenom tehnologije u poslovanju, posebice u komunikaciji s klijentima je olakšano. Korištenjem pojedinih inovacija poduzeća su razvijala svoje poslovanje i unapređivala svoj nastup na tržištu. Svakako je važno za male poduzetnike da se okrenu internacionalizaciji poslovanja odnosno izvozu. Ciljevi rada su definirati poduzetništvo te internacionalizaciju poslovanja što će se osim teorijski prikazati i kroz praktični primjer poduzeća Tremak d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Internationalization of small business is almost mandatory in today's global world. Small business has been systematically encouraged in developed countries for a long time. An entrepreneur is an innovator, a person who introduces new product combinations into the business world based on new technology and a new organization; Today, business is significantly facilitated, especially in terms of internationalization, because it has made it easier to apply technology in business, especially in communication with clients. Using individual innovations, companies have been developing their business and improving their market presence. It is certainly important for small businesses to turn to internationalization of business and export. The goals of the paper are to define entrepreneurship and internationalization of business, which will be shown in theory and through a practical example Tremak d.o.o.
