Abstract
Tema ovog rada je „Izgradnja održive konkurentske prednosti poduzeća Gavrilović „. U samom radu se opisuju temeljne odrednice samog poduzeća, konkurentnost općenito, te poslovne strategije na kojima Gavrilović temelji svoje poslovanje. Zadatak ovog rada jest utvrditi na koji način je samo poduzeće izgradilo i održava održivu konkurentsku prednost, te koje generičke strategije koristi u svom poslovanju. Ovim završnim radom se utvrđuje položaj ovog poduzeća na domicilnom tržištu, kao i njegov odnos sa konkurentima, te odgovara na pitanje da li tradicija njegovog poslo vanja i snaga branda ima utjecaja na profit i poslovanje poduzeća Gavrilović. Sadržaj prikazuje uvod u poslovanje poduzeća sa detaljnom analizo m strategija, te povlači njihovu analogiju sa poslovanjem poduzeća. Te strategije su strategija tržišnog vodstva, diferencijacije, te strategija fokusiranja. Sve zajedno integrirano u radu kao cjelini, htjelo se odgovoriti na ključna pitanja o sposobnosti i konkurentnosti poduzeća u vidu njegovog opstanka na tržištu i smatram da se u ovom radu to doista i uspjelo.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final thesis is „Build a sustainable competitive advantage on the example of the Gavrilović d.o.o.“. The final thesis describes the basic determinants of the company itself, competitiveness in general, and the business strategies on which Gavrilovic bases his business. The task of this final thesis is to determine how the company itself has built and maintained a sustainable competitive advantage, and what generic strategies it uses in its operations. This final thesis determines the position of this company in the domicile market , as well as its relationship with its competitors, and answers the question of whether the tradition of its business and the strength of the brand has an impact on the profit and business of Gavrilović. The content presents an introduction to the business of the company with a detailed analysis of the strategies and draws their analogy with the business of the company. These strategies are market leadership, differentiation, and focus strategies. All together integrated in the work as a whole, it has been wanted to answer the key questions about the ability and competitiveness of the company in the form of its survival in the mark et, and I believe that this final thesis has indeed succeeded.
