Abstract
Hitna stanja u porodu karakteriziraju krvarenje, koje može biti vaginalno, intrauterino i intraabdominalno, zatim bol, poremećaj svijesti i toniĉko-kloniĉki grĉevi. Najĉešća hitna stanja kod kojih postoji obilno krvarenje su placenta praevia, abrupcija placente i ruptura uterusa. Drugi važan simptom koji se javlja kod hitnih stanja u porodu je bol u podruĉju abdomena, ĉiji uzrok moţe biti abrupcija posteljice i ruptura uterusa. Mnogo je hitnih stanja koja mogu ugroziti ţivot trudnice i djeteta, stoga je uloga primalje kod hitnih stanja u porodu od velike važnosti. Primalje su te koje će prve doći u kontakt s trudnicom po njenom dolasku u bolnicu, a kasnije će po njenom primitku stalno biti uz nju i vršiti nadzor vitalnih funkcija. Potrebno je veliko znanje i iskustvo primalje, kako bi uoĉila nepravilnosti, na vrijeme reagirala i na vrijeme obavijestila nadležnog lijeĉnika.
Abstract (english)
Emergencies in childbirth are characterized by bleeding, which can be vaginally, intra-uterine and abdominal, followed by pain and loss of consciousness and seizures. The most common emergency situations where there is profuse bleeding are placenta praevia, placental abruption and uterine rupture. Another important symptom that occurs in emergencies in childbirth is a pain in the abdominal area, which may be due placental abruption and uterine rupture. There are many emergencies that can endanger the life of a pregnant woman and a child, so the role of midwives in emergencies birth is of great importance. Midwives are the ones who will first come into contact with a pregnant woman upon her arrival at the hospital, and later after it was submitted to constantly be with her and monitor vital functions. It takes a lot of knowledge and experience of midwives in order to detect abnormalities on responsiveness and timely inform the prescribing physician.
