Abstract
Predstavljena je regulacija brodskog rashladnog sustava. Da bi se osigurali ugodni klimatski uvjeti u kabinama i u ostalim prostorima potrebno je uravnotežiti komponente rashladnog uređaja, i njegov kapacitet prilagoditi stvarnim potrebama. Teorijski dio rada sadrži općenite informacije o rashladnom uređaju, njegovim komponentama te njihovim djelovanjem. Također je obrađena tema programabilnog logičkog kontrolera koji je ujedno i glavna komponenta ovog rada. Programska podrška realizirana je u programskom paketu Tia Portal V14 gdje je napravljena simulacija kompresora. U jezgri rashladnog sustava nalaze se programabilni logički kontroleri (Programmable Logic Controllers - PLCs), procesorske jedinice s integriranim analognim i digitalnim ulaznim i izlaznim modulima. Ovakvi sustavi obavljaju sve klasične funkcije nadzora i upravljanja, kao što su obrada i prezentacija senzoričke informacije, detekcija i signalizacija alarma, lokalno i daljinsko ručno upravljanje pojedinim uređajima, pri čemu mnoge upravljačke operacije mogu biti djelomično ili potpuno automatizirane.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the regulation of the ship's refrigeration system is presented. In order to ensure pleasant climatic conditions in cabins and other areas, it is necessary to balance the components of the refrigeration unit and adapt its capacity to the real needs. The theoretical part of the paper contains general information on the refrigerant unit, its components and their operation. The topic of programmable logic controller is also discussed, which is also the main component of this work. Program support was implemented in the Tia Portal V14 software package where compressor simulation was performed. In the cooling system core there are programmable logic controllers (PLCs), processor units with integrated analog and digital input and output modules. Such systems perform all of the classic control and management functions such as processing and presenting sensory information, alarm detection and signaling, local and remote manual control of individual devices, where many control operations can be partially or fully automated.
