Abstract
Različite gospodarske djelatnosti učestalo su povezane, ali rijetko koja djelatnost odražava snažnu međuovisnost s ijednom drugom djelatnošću kao što je to slučaj sa prometom. U slučaju pomorskog prometa, zemlje formiraju pomorske strategije kojima nastoje unaprijediti pomorske sustave svoje zemlje, a na razini Europske unije, harmonizirati čitavo tržište. Promet je nužan preduvjet za postojanje gospodarstva i njegovo odvijanje uopće. Uzme li se u obzir globalizacija različitih djelatnosti evidentno je da je razvoj i usavršavanje prometa nužno. Sve veći razvoj pomorskog transporta zahtijeva i posebnu zakonodavnu regulativu sa ciljem sprečavanja onečišćenja morskog okoliša te različitih nesreća. Vođenje brodskih knjiga i posjedovanje određenih brodskih isprava jedan je od načina međunarodne regulacije sigurnosti plovidbe.
Abstract (english)
Various economic activities are often related but rarely that activity reflects strong interdependence with any other activity such as traffic. In the case of maritime traffic, the country is building maritime strategies that seek to improve the maritime systems of its country, and at EU level, harmonize the entire market. Traffic is a necessary prerequisite for the existence of the economy and its development at all. Considering the globalization of different activities, it is evident that the development and improvement of traffic is necessary. The growing development of maritime transport also requires special legislation to prevent pollution of the marine environment and various disasters. Keeping ship books and possessing certain shipping documents is one of the ways of international navigation safety regulation.
