Abstract
Konkurentnost na brodskom tržištu i želja za povećanjem profita uzrokuje sve veće zahtjeve za kontinuiranim radom brodskog pogona i same posade. Strojevi na brodu i njihovi dijelovi su izloženi neprekidnim uzrocima opterećenja poput vibracija, vremenskih neprilika i neodgovarajućeg održavanja, uz radna opterećenja. Uzevši navedeno u obzir, izuzetno je važno pravilno dimenzionirati i procijeniti sigurnost strojnih elemenata u radu, primjerice vratila, o čemu je riječ u ovom diplomskom radu. Za proračun je uzeto izlazno vratilo brodskog reduktora, kojemu je određena sigurnost na zamornu čvrstoću i trajnu deformaciju po normi DIN 743. Uz sami proračun sigurnosti vratila u ovom radu je izrađen i računalni program za jednostavni izračun faktora sigurnosti koristeći Microsoft Excel VBA programski paket koji je jednostavan i široko primjenjiv. Abstract (english)
Competitiveness and constant desire for profit in shipping business has led to never higher demands for continuous operation of ship's plant and crew. Onboard machinery and their parts are exposed to continual stress inducers such as vibration, weather conditions and inadequate maintenance, in addition to normal operational stresses. Taking all this factors into account, it is important to properly dimension and calculate safety factors of machine elements, e.g. shafts, what this master's thesis is about. Calculations have been made for the output shaft of ship's reduction gear and safety factors determined for endurance strength and permanent deformation according to DIN 743 norms. In addition to calculations, a Microsoft Office Excel VBA computer application was made, which enables user to calculate safety factors in a simple and broadly applicable way. The program has been tested for a real practical example of the gearbox output shaft.
