Abstract
U ovom radu ispitivana je temperaturna ovisnost otpora uzorka SU8 + grafen za različite težinske koncentracije grafena (0.3%-4%) na temperaturama od 300 K do 670 K. SU8+ grafen je kompozit koji objedinjuje dobra fotolitografska svojstva polimera SU8 i dobra električna svojstva grafena. Utvrđeno je da uzorci s većim udjelom grafena imaju manji otpor te je pronađena univerzalna ovisnost otpora o temperaturi pri svim promatranim koncentracijama grafena. Ovisnost otpora o temperaturi pri nižim temperaturama (do ~500 K) je poluvodička ~exp(T0/T). Vrijednost energijskog procjepa ovisi o koncentraciji grafena i za razmatrane koncentracije je reda veličine 0.1 eV - 1 eV. Pri višim temperaturama (od ~500 K do ~670 K) temperaturna ovisnost otpora je oblika ~exp(T1/T2), što upućuje na različite mehanizme električnog vođenja. Potrebna su dodatna mjerenja kako bi se ova pretpostavka utvrdila te također kako bi se objasnio mehanizam vođenja na višim temperaturama.
Abstract (english)
Electrical resistance of SU8 - graphene composite is presented for various weight concentrations of graphene, from 0.3wt% to 4wt% of graphene on temperature range 300 K - 670 K. SU8+graphene composite unites good photolitographic properties of SU8 polymer with good electrical properies of graphene. It has been found that samples with greater ratio of graphene have lower electrical resistance and also that there is an universal dependence of resistance vs. temperature for all examined concentrations of graphene. At lower temperatures (<500 K), semiconducting behaviour ~exp(T0/T) is found. Gap energy depends on concentration of graphene and for examined samples is of order of magnitude from 0.1 eV to 1 eV. At higher temperatures (500 K - 670 K) temperature dependence of resistance is of form ~exp(T1/T2). Different forms of temperature dependence imply different conduction mechanisms at different temperature ranges. Additional measurements are needed to confirm these results and to explain conduction mechanism at higher temperatures.
