Abstract
Nove tehnologije sve su zahtjevnije za korištenje, dok sami interaktivni uređaji kao i iskustva korisnika u interakciji s njima postaju sve složeniji. Zadatak dizajnera je smanjiti kompleksnost interakcija, te time povećati lakoću i jednostavnost korištenja, odnosno upotrebljivost. Uzimajući u obzir znanja iz područja interakcije čovjeka i računala, cilj ovog rada je poboljšati dizajn korisničkog sučelja web aplikacije prema rezultatima provedenog subjektivnog vrednovanja. Vrednovanje je provedeno pomoću upitnika čiji su rezultati osigurali okvir za izradu poboljšane verzije koju odlikuje bolja upotrebljivost. U radu je pokazano kako se iterativnim razvojem i redizajniranjem nastoje razumjeti i uzeti u obzir korisnikove potrebe.
Abstract (english)
New technologies are becoming more and more demanding every day. At the same time, interactive gadgets and their users’ experiences are getting more complex. Designer’s task is to reduce the complexity of interactions and at the same time to increase easiness and simplicity of usage. Considering the knowledge from the Human Computer Interaction field, the aim of this paper is to enhance the design of user’s web application interface according to the results of subjective evaluation. Evaluation has been carried out by means of a questionnaire, results of which established a framework for production of an improved version characterized by better usability. This paper shows how iterative development and redesign are here to understand and to take into consideration user’s needs as well.
