Abstract
U ovom radu kao glavni problem se definira ovršni postupak koji želimo približiti svim poreznim obveznicima, te isto tako posebno naglasiti ovrhu nad pokretninama. Također potrebno je detaljnije priložiti kako sami ovršni postupak djeluje, te samim time educirati i tako spriječiti nesuglasice. Cilj ovog istraživanja je staviti veliki naglasak na ovu temu, jer trenutno u Republici Hrvatskoj ima veliki broj dužnika, te RH ima velikih problema sa dugovima i zaostacima. Samim time se želi prikazati ovaj rad kao jednu smjernicu k tome da se što manje ljudi dovede u situaciju ovršnog postupka, te na vrijeme plaćaju svoje obveze prema državi. Kao glavni rezultat samoga rada je educiranje i prilaganje samih primjera na kojima se detaljnije može vidjeti kako izgleda sami proces ovršnog postupka. Zaključno rezultat koji bi doprinio poreznim obveznicima da poštuju zakone Republike Hrvatske i ne dovode se u situaciju ovrhe.
Abstract (english)
This paper defines the enforcement process as the main problem, which we want to bring to all taxpayers, and also to emphasize enforcement over mobile. It is also necessary to provide more details of how the enforcement procedure itself works, thereby educating and thus preventing disagreements. The aim of this research is to put a great emphasis on this topic, because currently there are a large number of debtors in the Republic of Croatia, and the Republic of Croatia has major problems with debts and backlag. This is therefore to present this work as a one-way to bring as few people as possible into the enforcement situation and pay their obligations to the state on time. As the main result of the work itself is the education and the attachment of the very examples on which you can see in more detail what the enforcement process itself looks like. The final result that would contribute to taxpayers to respect the laws of the Republic of Croatia and do not put themselves in a situation of enforcement.
